Purchasing and products

Are products designed by Dentro?

Yes, we’re a team of four graphic designers with a need to create. We design each one of our posters from our city, Barcelona. Working with local suppliers and manufacturers in order to control the whole process and guarantee maximum quality.

Are your products eco-friendly?

All of our posters and printed onto paper by GF Smith. The paper is made from disposable paper cups through a complex process that is handled by the CupCycling team in the U.K. You can read more here.

What payment methods do you accept?

We only accept card payments through Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex and JCB

What size posters do you offer?

Our posters are available in 30x40cm, 40x50cm and 50x70cm. In order to fit the most common frame sizes.

Do you offer discounts and promotions?

We offer exclusive discounts to subscribers. Sign up to our newsletter to stay in the loop. Subscribe here.

Are frames included?

You can buy quality frames for your posters on our specific page. We will frame the poster for you so it is ready to hang when you receive it. See our frames on this page.

Delivery & Returns

When will my order arrive?

Our standard delivery times is 24-48 hours in Spain, 2 to 5 working days in Europe and between 5-12 for the rest of the world. If you don’t receive your order within these timescales, please get contact us at orders@dentro.store.

Who do you ship with?

All orders are shipped via UPS, as they guarantee an excellent service.

Is shipping free?

All deliveries within Europe are free. For orders outside of Europe please calculate shipping via the cart.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an e-mail from UPS once your order has left our offices. There you will be able to track your order at all times.

Has my order been shipped yet?

All orders made before 14:00h are shipped out the same day, all orders made after this time are shipped the following work day. Once UPS have your order you’ll receive a notification e-mail.

My order has been delayed, what should I do?

Please contact us at orders@dentro.store if your order has not been delivered within our standard delivery times.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet we will gladly change the delivery address. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at orders@dentro.store as soon as possible. Cancellation will not be possible if the order has been shipped.

How do I return my order?

We offer a 30 days refund (excluding shipping costs) upon receipt of the package if you change your mind.  The items must be returned in original condition and in the original, undamaged packing or similar protective tube/box. We reserve the right to refuse any returns, that do not fulfil these criteria. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping back to us.

Important! Returns and exchanges happen at your own risk and own expense (shipping costs is to be paid by you). If any items arrive back to us damaged we are only able to offer a 50% refund, excluding shipping costs and return costs if we have arranged the return shipment.
